Registration for the 2024 season is here and open! This year is going to be a little bit different from previous years. All players need to register with USA Rugby, as well as with Southern California Youth Rugby (SCYR) in addition to our club.

Following multiple requests, we have also made it possible to pay our OMBAC Wallaby fees via Venmo, check or card!

All competing players nationwide are required to be registered with USA Rugby. This covers the whole year, including the regular 15's season, as well as Summer Sevens. 

Cost: $24

The next step is to register with our State Youth Rugby organization, SoCal Youth Rugby (SCYR) on the MatchFacts registration platform. Here, you will also pay the SCYR dues. 

As with previous years, OMBAC Wallabies will be joined by our friends from Young Aztecs Rugby. We will register for the 15's season as OMBAC Wallabies so please select this at registration.

Cost - $80

The final step is to pay the club fees. In years past, these would have been added to the SCYR fees and paid through MatchFacts, but at the request of many families, we have decided to separate these to allow for more payment options, including credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, cash, and check.

Costs:

$450 ($410 if registered and paid before 5:00pm PDT on 2/8/24)

Price includes warm-up jersey for all players.

OMBAC Wallabies works hard to keep costs down. To that effect included in registration, new players will also get shorts socks.

Returning players who have outgrown last year's shorts or socks will get new ones when they turn in their last year's shorts/socks.

Please make checks payable to OMBAC Wallabies Youth Rugby, on the Memo line write the name(s), DOB(s) and USAR player number(s) of the players in question and mail to:

Paying by Cash

If paying by cash, please put the total amount in a sealed envelope, complete with the name(s), DOB(s) and USAR player number(s) of the players in question, and hand it to Jamie Latty, Jennifer Kemp, or your coach for delivery.

Our first practice will take place next Thursday, Nov 2nd at 5pm, and will be held at Linda Vista Rec Center.

Thereafter, practices will take place Tuesday and Thursday at 5 pm.

SCYR Registration Deadline - February 16th. We are aiming as a club to be fully registered and rostered by February 8th.
