Club Registrar
You will own all elements of player and coach registration, including ensuring registrations are complete, offering guidance to parents with the reg steps, initiating transfers, and ensuring coaches are compliant in MatchFacts and RX. You will report periodic registration numbers as needed and ensure all components are complete.
Duration: Year Round or split Winter/Spring/Sevens
Requirements: You will need to register inline with league requirements, including Matchfacts, Rugby Xplorer as well as SafeSport, background checks and CA screenings.
Time Expectations: 2-3 hours p/w pre season, significantly less once season starts -
Match Day Coordinator
You will be the main point of contact for coordinating match details with clubs and venues for home and away games.
You will be responsible for ensuring game times have been communicated, to and from coaching/admin staff, you will secure field permits(home games), and ensure all player numbers have been communicated for catering purposes etc.
For home games, you will assist in ensuring fields are prepared and home games are catered etc
Duration: Year Round or split Winter/Spring/Sevens
Requirements: Strong organizational and communication skills
Time Expectations: 2-3 hours p/w for home games, plus game day. Significantly less for away games. -
Recruitment Team
This team will be headed up by Elwyn Monroe to establish relationships with local elementary, middle and high schools, as well as exploring other avenues such as football and wrestling teams within our area.
You will need to be able to contact these facilities during week days, respond promptly and assist in arranging in person visits, meetings and presentations.
Time Expectations: 2-3 hours p/w pre season. -
Team Manager
We need to let the coaches coach. Team managers will step in to be the liaison between coaches and parents, ensuring communication of practice times, game schedules, events, etc, as well as helping organize game day logistics, including jerseys, water caddies, game snacks if needed.
Requirements: You will need to register inline with league requirements, including Matchfacts, Rugby Xplorer as well as SafeSport, background checks and CA screenings.Time Expectations: 1-2 hours p/w plus game days.

Communications Coordinator
The voice of the club! This role will see you responsible for all outgoing communication to the club in a professional, timely manner. This includes game day emails, news of items of interest such as games, clinics, player opportunities, and more.
You will ensure that email database is up to date and that all communications are sent to the correct groups.
Duration: Year Round or splite Winter/Spring/Sevens
Requirements: Experience with CRM and marketing email platform (Mailchimp, Constant Contact etc)
Time Expectations: 1-2 hours p/w -
Facilities Manager
You will be responsible for securing fields for practice by season, and will be in charge of keeping inventory of equipment and its location, including balls, pads, canopies, game jerseys and more.
You will ensure that any coach supplies are returned at the end of each season, and that any coaching needs are addressed.You will actively take steps to order when items are needed.
Duration: Year Round
Time Expectations: 2-3 hours p/w pre season and end of season. Significantly less once season starts. -
Social Media Team
Social media is key. We need a small team, ideally enough to cover all age groups, to create fun, engaging content that tells the world who we are. Game footage, sponsor posts, fun off field, photos, announcements etc
Members will have access to channels to post, and create within branding guidelines.
Duration: Year Round or split Winter/Spring/Summer
Requirements: Strong familiarity with main social platforms and current features, minor video editing, and Canva style graphics.
Time Expectations: 1-2 hours p/w -
Sponsorship Liason
Owns all elements of club sponsorship, including targeting new leads and acting as first point of contact. Will include communicating with existing and prospective sponsors via phone and email.
Will also involve fulfilling sponsor needs per agreements.
Duration: Year Round
Requirements: Ability to respond promptly with excellent people skills.
Time Expectations: 1-2 hours p/w
