Parking: There is a parking lot and parking along the street around the park. DO NOT park in front of the Fire Station next to the Bathrooms. Please be courteous to the local residents.
Concessions: Our Club concession tables will be next to the check-in, and we will have food and drink available until we run out.
Bathrooms are on site. See the map below.
Team check-in will begin at 7AM. For teams playing at 8:00 AM, please check in no later than 7:20 AM. For all other matches, teams are to check in 60 minutes prior to your first match. Each registered team will need to submit a roster in Match Facts by Thursday.
Coaches should bring a printed Match Facts roster to present to the check-in admin to mark off and keep. Please bring duplicates if you intend to keep one. To speed things up, players should be lined up in the order of the printed roster so that they can be checked in. Playing down is not allowed, and players will be marked to the appropriate division. Teams found to be in violation will face automatic forfeit.
TECHNICAL ZONES
Only checked-in and marked players, coaches, and admin that are on the Match Facts roster are allowed in the technical zones.
SIDELINES/SPECTATORS
All spectators must be behind the roped area. Rostered field monitors for each team are responsible for their team’s spectator behavior.
Scoring/Rules: U10 fields will be using center scoring rules as there are no posts on those fields. The rest of the fields should have posts, but we will have a transition period in the afternoon when we convert Fields 1 &3 into a full pitch. I appreciate your patience as we make the transition.
Coaches should ensure their team is at the field to play 10 minutes prior to kick-off. If you are not at the field on time (less than 5 min), playing time will be reduced. If a team is 5 min late, that team will have a forfeit.
Please refer to SCYR’s Summer 7s 2025 Guide for all tournament rules for more information.

POOL PLAY / TIE BREAKERS CALCULATION and the BU16 Bracket: All the teams have pool play except the BU-16s who are playing in a three-game guarantee elimination bracket. This was the only way to add last minute entries and the teams were seeded according to the results from OMBAC.
For divisions playing in a round robin pool play table points are calculated as follows: Win – 3 points / Draw – 2 points / Lose – 0 points
For pool play, matches can end in a tie/draw. If teams within a pool have the same record, the following tiebreakers will be utilized in order of priority: A 20-point max game differential is built into the system.
1.First tiebreaker is Head-to-Head result / 2. Point differential between tied teams / 3. Fewest point allowed
~In a Crown or medal match, if the game ends in a tie, then a 5-minute sudden-death period will take place, with the first team to score winning the match.
We are presenting a Crown Trophy for the division winner with medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. (12 total).
